Terms of service

We provide software with which you create explainer videos and campaign material using AI models. The models come from third parties; the privacy notice says which.

We owe you the software, not a particular artistic result.

Every generation costs credits, and you see the price before you order it.

Credits from a subscription are valid for the billing period they are granted for: the month on a monthly subscription, the year on a yearly one, and the rest of the current period after a move to a higher plan. The same applies to the credits of a subscription included in a service package, for its months. Subscription credits not used by the end of their period expire without compensation; they are neither carried over to the next period nor refunded. This also applies after cancelling and to subscription credits an agency moves to a client workspace.

Subscription credits whose period ends first are used first, then credits bought separately. Credits bought separately (pay as you go) do not expire.

A failed job costs nothing: the hold is released.

All prices are net, plus VAT.

A subscription runs, as you choose, for a month or for a year. A monthly subscription renews month by month and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current month, in your account, without giving a reason.

A yearly subscription is paid twelve months in advance, cheaper than twelve monthly fees (Start and Pro 10 %, Business 8 %, Agency 7 %), and you get the whole year's credits at the start. You can cancel it at any time to the end of the paid year; you can use the year's credits until it ends, and the current year is not refunded pro rata unless the law requires it. If you do not cancel, it renews for another year.

A move to a higher plan takes effect at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the period and get its credits straight away. A move to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly, takes effect at the end of the paid period.

What you upload stays yours. What our software generates you may use commercially without restriction, also after the contract ends.

You warrant that you hold the rights to what you upload and that people shown have consented.

Nothing that infringes third-party rights, shows people without their consent, is misleading or prohibited advertising, or breaks the law. We may refuse such jobs and terminate on repeated breach.

The EU AI Act requires artificially generated video and audio to be recognisable as such. The product offers a label for that; applying it in the channel you publish to is up to you.

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

We aim for continuous operation but do not promise a fixed availability. We announce maintenance windows where we can.

We announce changes at least 30 days ahead by email; if you do not object they are deemed accepted.
